Admission Application 2019-2020
Thank you for your interest in St. Peter Lutheran School.  This form is to be used by all 3K-4K families with students in 3K or 4K in the 2019-20 school year.  For 5K-8th grade families, this application form is only used as the first step by families who do not have any children currently enrolled at St. Peter School in 2018-19.  New families are asked to complete and submit the application form.  Parents/Guardians will be contacted either by phone or email when we receive your application.
