Thank you for your interest in St. Peter Lutheran School.  This form is to be used by all 3K-4K families with students in 3K or 4K in the 2020-21 school year. 
 
For 5K-8th grade families, this application form is ONLY used as the first step by families who do  NOT have any children currently enrolled at St. Peter School in 2019-20.  New families are asked to complete and submit the application form.  Parents/Guardians will be contacted either by phone or email when we receive your application.
