As parent or legal guardian of a student/s at Holy Family School, I grant permission for my child/ren to access computer networked services and the Internet.  I understand that my child will be held responsible for any policy violations and that any violation may cause my child to be denied access to the network.  I understand that individuals and families may be held liable for violations.  I understand that this access is for educational purposes.  I also recognize that it is impossible for Holy Family School to monitor all materials acquired on the network.  I understand that some materials on the internet may be objectionable, and I accept responsibility for providing guidance to my child regarding proper use of the internet.

 

Students will be asked to sign an agreement to follow internet guidelines at school.
